1.Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, using Nuvix, or accessing its features, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Continued use after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account.

3. Tokens / Virtual Rewards

3.1 Definitions

“Token”, “Coin”, or “Rewards” refers to any digital points, credits, badges, or virtual units issued by Nuvix for use within the platform. Tokens are digital rewards and are not legal tender or a currency.

3.2 Tokens Are Not Currency

You acknowledge that Tokens:

• Are virtual, rewards with value only inside Nuvix.

• Are not legal tender, fiat currency, or a medium of exchange outside of the Services.

• Do not represent ownership, equity, or interest in Nuvix or affiliates.

• May have no monetary value and may never be convertible to fiat currency.

3.3 Tokens Are Not Currency

• Nuvix may modify, suspend, or terminate token issuance or reward mechanics at any time.

• Nuvix does not guarantee liquidity, convertibility, or future value of Tokens.

• Users acknowledge the risks inherent to virtual rewards, including loss, technical failure, or regulatory changes.

4. Anti-Fraud, KYC, and AML Compliance

4.1 Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF), sanctions, and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. Nuvix may request identity verification at any time.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services to:

• Engage in fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, tax evasion, or other illegal activities.

• Circumvent limits or manipulate rewards or referral systems.

• Operate on behalf of sanctioned persons or entities.

4.3 Monitoring & Reporting

• Nuvix may monitor accounts and transactions for suspicious activity.

• Nuvix may report suspicious or illegal activity to authorities.

• You consent to retention and disclosure of records for compliance purposes.

4.4 Account Restrictions & Forfeiture

• Accounts or Tokens may be frozen, suspended, or terminated for violations, fraud, or legal requirements.

• Tokens acquired through abuse, fraud, or manipulation may be forfeited.

• Nuvix is not liable for losses resulting from these actions.

5. Use of the Services

• You must use the Services lawfully and responsibly.

• You must not:

  • Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

  • Spam, hack, manipulate, or disrupt the platform.

  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, software, and technology on the Services are owned by or licensed to Nuvix.

• You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services.

• You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Nuvix a license to use it in connection with the Services.

7. Identity Verification (KYC)

• You may need to complete KYC verification to access certain features, withdraw Tokens, or participate in rewards.

• Failure or refusal may limit access or cause account suspension.

8. Taxes

You are responsible for all taxes or reporting obligations related to Tokens or rewards. Nuvix does not provide tax advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

• Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

• Nuvix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of Tokens, data, or profits.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nuvix, its affiliates, officers, and employees from all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Violation of Terms

• Fraud, illicit activity, or sanctions violations

• Misuse of Tokens or the Services

11. Termination

• Nuvix may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations, suspicious activity, or legal compliance.

• On termination, your rights to access the Services end, and content or Tokens may be deleted.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction chosen by Nuvix (e.g., California, USA).

• Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration or courts in that jurisdiction.

• Users waive the right to class actions where permitted by law.

13. Modifications to Terms

• Nuvix may update these Terms at any time.

• Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Cooperation with Authorities

You consent to Nuvix disclosing account and transaction information to law enforcement, regulators, or courts as required or reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, illegal activity, or sanctions violations.

15. Miscellaneous

• No waiver: Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.

• Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the rest of the Terms.

• Entire agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the full agreement.

• Assignment: You may not assign your rights; Nuvix may assign freely.
